Greetings Dear Mission of Hope Friends;
Please enjoy this very special story and experience from one of our Zoo for the Hope Volunteers. It’s a very special story about something that he witnessed and it will bless your Heart. Thanks for your friendship and support and for all you do to help us extend The Hope.
Sincerest Regards;

###
I wanted to take a moment and thank you for letting me help yesterday. It was such a blessing to see the passion and desire coming from you and your ministry. I pray that this season God blesses not only those you minister to, but also you and your organization as ministry teams.
I wanted to share with you a favorite moment from yesterday:
A gentleman brought two boxes of food to the table with his wife standing next to him holding his cane. Out of breath and clearly exhausted, he said that he had two more boxes in his car that was parked at the end lot and that he would be back. About 45 minutes later, he came in with two more boxes and sat them down on the table. He explained that he had previously known what it was like to go without food. At some point, things had turned for him and he wanted to help those that would be less than fortunate. When I told him to enjoy his time at the zoo, he made the statement that his intention was never to attend the zoo. He had made the trip just to donate and that he was walking back to his car to go home.
In these tough times where it seems like everyone is just treading water and holding on for themselves, it is very easy to lose faith in the true core of humanity. That man, along with the other thousands of people who gave yesterday, restored my faith in the goodness of people. I truly wanted to thank you for giving me the opportunity to be so blessed! Thank you for what you are doing and how you are letting God use you to further His Kingdom.
