Chick-fil-A has partnered with Mission of Hope since its beginning to share Hope with others in need. We are sincerely thankful, humbled and honored for their continuing support on many levels, especially for their outstanding performance as the Presenting Sponsor of our Golf Classic since 2004. Mission of Hope ministers year round to the physical and spiritual needs of our less fortunate Appalachian neighbors living in impoverished rural communities in TN, KY, VA and WV.
All proceeds from our annual Mission of Hope & Chick-fil-A Golf Classic helps support our Back to School Program to provide greatly needed new backpacks, school and hygiene supplies for children in 27 schools and several ministries in rural Appalachian mountain communities of Tennessee and Kentucky.
From our first ministry outreach in 1996 that helped just 150 children, Mission of Hope has been blessed by the compassionate generosity of folks in Knoxville and Lexington to grow into a successful full time non-profit. In 2014 we were blessed to again assist over 18,000 children and their families with much needed food, hygiene, clothes, toys, school supplies, Bibles, scholarships, other goods and services.
