Greetings Dear Mission of Hope friends, and Happy November.

Wow! Where did October go! Where did the year go?! Well one thing’s for sure, it’s now time for us to \”Get Rolling\” at The HOPE for Christmas time is coming and we\’re VERY EXCITED!

It’s the busiest and most special and wonderful time of the year here at The HOPE and we hit a new gear when we step into November. We\’re actively underway with plans and preparations for what we will do and who we will serve this year. We\’ve written 27 rural elementary school principals and told them we would be there this Christmas. We will be serving almost 18,000 students and family members with new clothes & toys, food, hygiene items. And the greatest gift we\’ll take will be Bibles and tracts for those who would like to have them.

We truly would welcome and be grateful for your help this year!

We always can use financial donations to help pay for what we do not get donated in the Blue MOH barrels and must therefore purchase. We welcome your help with having your own MOH Collection Drive, and you can start now. We welcome your help in recruiting new friends, companies, civic groups and sponsors for the Mission of Hope. And we also need some new volunteers this year that can help. But, perhaps most importantly, we would truly cherish your prayers as we trust God to provide the harvest and volunteers that only He knows we need.

For more information and or how to donate & volunteer, please call the Mission of Hope office at:  865-584-7571; visit our web-site at: www.missionofhope.org; or send us an e-mail to: [email protected]. It’s time and we must have more help this year; and we truly appreciate you and what you might be able to do to help us.

Thanks for your friendship & support and for all you do to help us extend The HOPE.

Sincerest Regards;
Emmette Thompson, Executive Director – Mission of Hope
