Dear Mission of Hope Friends,

This Is What The MOH Scholarship Program Looks Like!  Here Are Scholars From Appalachia Who Have Been Given A Chance To Go To College And Mentors Who Will Be There To Help The Students Make The Transition.

Many Of Our Scholars Are The First In Their Families To Attend College, So Having A Mentor Who Can Help Navigate Those Challenging And Oftentimes Confusing Pathways Is Vital To Their Success.

We Need More Mentors For Our 2022 Scholars!! Please Consider This Crucial Volunteer Opportunity!

What’s Required?

  • Contact Your Scholar A Minimum Of Once A Month.
  • Provide Encouragement And Support.
  • Remind Your Scholar Of Deadlines.
  • Be A Good Listener.
  • Keep MOH Updated On The Needs Of Your Scholar.
  • Attend Scholars Dinner In July.

Does This Sound Like Something You Are Interested In?  Please Call Our Office At (865) 584-7571 Or Send An Email To [email protected] Today To Put Your Name On The List Of Life Changers.  We’d Be So Grateful!

Thank You For All You Do To Help Us Extend The HOPE!

Sincerely,
Emmette Thompson, Executive Director
