Hal & Phil: Off the Record is one giant celebration of some of the best comedians and musicians in the Eastern Tennessee area. Hallerin Hilton Hill has been a radio personality, singer-songwriter, and comedian for over three decades and has come together with comedian Phil Williams to present this live event for all to enjoy. Each year Hal & Phil: Off the Record offers a new and exciting experience for all who love comedy and music to enjoy. This year’s event will feature special performances by WBIR News Anchor Emeritus – Bill Williams, Voice of the Tennessee Volunteers – Bob Kesling and former Tennessee Vols Offensive Tackle and NFL Player – Knox County Judge Tim Irwin!
