The holiday season is here, and there’s no better way to celebrate than with the annual Keyboards at Christmas concert—a musical tradition that brings joy to audiences while making a real difference in the lives of families in rural Appalachia. For 12 years, talented East Tennessee musicians have gathered to perform this special concert, and this year promises to be one of the most inspiring yet!
On Saturday, December 7 at 7:00 p.m. and Sunday, December 8 at 3:00 p.m., the beautiful Clayton Center for the Arts on the Maryville College campus will come alive with the sounds of the season. Seven incredible pianists from Knox and Blount Counties—Sheree Beeler, Sabra Wright Buchheit, Timothy Conner, Rhonda Mayfield, Donna McNeilly, Trey Ogle, and Daniel Owens—will be performing holiday classics on six grand pianos. These artists, joined by vocalists and dancers, create a truly festive experience that captures the joy of the season.
Why Attend?
By attending Keyboards at Christmas, you’re not only treating yourself to a memorable concert but also helping Mission of Hope, a nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting families in need across rural Appalachia. Since 1996, Mission of Hope has provided essential resources such as food, clothing, education assistance, and home repair programs to thousands of children and families. All proceeds from this concert go directly toward Mission of Hope’s programs, allowing them to continue providing hope and support to families facing economic challenges.
