Greetings, Dear Mission Of Hope Friends;

We had a good weekend of Donation Harvest; but still have a long way to go with the completion of packing our Schools. As I mentioned previously; our Clothing, Food, and Hygiene Donations have been very good and we are in very good shape in all of those area\’s. But we still need lots and lots of NEW Toys. From ages 1st Grade thru ages 8th Grade; both Boys & Girls.

Perhaps our most serious additional challenge facing us; is with the projected bad weather, which has already impacted many of the Schools we serve last week and now threatens to cause cancellation\’s for the better part of this week. We are very grateful to our Mission Of Hope Delivery Teams and our Mission Of Hope Trucking & Transportation Sponsors, for their flexibility and patience with this uncontrolable series of events. We will do our absolute best to get to all of the 26 Rural Elementary Schools we are serving this Christmas; as soon as we can.

Please know that we are very grateful for your support and for all of our Media Friends support. I would like to ask that you not disclose our physical address in any advertisements and or announcements about our ongoing Donation needs. Please use our phone number (865-584-7571) as the best way to reach us on Donation drop offs and or pick ups.

Thank you for your ongoing compassionate support and your friendship and for all you do to help us extend True Hope, each and every day.

Sincerest Regards;
Emmette Thompson, Executive Director – Mission Of Hope
