The 22nd Annual Chick-fil-A Mission of Hope Golf Classic was a day to remember. Held at Willow Creek Golf Club on September 11, 2025, the event brought together friends, businesses, and community partners for a common purpose—extending HOPE to students and families in rural Appalachia.

What started more than two decades ago as a local golf tournament has grown into one of Mission of Hope’s most meaningful annual fundraisers. Each year, this event raises vital support for our programs such as Back to School, which provides backpacks, school supplies, and hygiene items to more than 10,000 students across 29 schools in the region. The funds also strengthen other Mission of Hope programs, including food assistance, Christmas outreach, and college scholarships that open new doors for Appalachian students.

A Full Day of Fellowship and Fun

Golfers enjoyed a beautiful day on the course, complete with meals generously provided by Chick-fil-A Knoxville, a wide variety of sponsor-supported contests and prizes, and the fellowship of playing for a cause that truly makes a difference. With every swing, our golfers helped provide opportunities for children who might not otherwise have the tools they need to succeed.

The Power of Community Support

This year’s Golf Classic would not have been possible without the incredible support of our presenting sponsor, Chick-fil-A Knoxville, along with the many businesses and individuals who stepped up as sponsors. From hole sponsors to corporate partners, each one played a vital role in making the day a success. We are especially grateful for our volunteers, who gave their time and energy to make sure everything ran smoothly.

Looking Ahead

While the 2025 event has wrapped up, the impact is only beginning. The funds raised will touch lives throughout the coming year—in classrooms, homes, and communities across rural Appalachia.
