Greetings, Dear Mission Of Hope Friends;

We have been blessed to have several Handicap Ramp Construction Teams at work this Fall.  And they have now completed the last of the Ramps we will build this year.  We have built more Handicap Ramps this year, than ever before; with some very dedicated Mission Of Hope Construction Volunteers.  A special Thank You to the following, for all of their tireless efforts:

-Don Byrd & Friends Team
-Dixie Lee Baptist Church Team
-Christ Covenant Pres. Church Team
-FBC Lenoir City Team
-Cedar Springs Pres. Church Team
-UT Cross-Greek Ministry Team
-Mission Of Hope & Friends Team\’s

It is a true joy to see your hard work and efforts completed.  But the most special rewarded feeling, is when the Homeowner comes out and walks on their new porch and ramp and in many cases sheds tears of joy; for its the first time they have been out of their home in a long while.  We always gather all of our Mission Of Hope Volunteers together with each Homeowner before we leave, for a word of prayer and an affirmation of our care and love for them and that most importantly; they know that God cares for and loves them.

Thanks for your friendship and support and for all you do to help us extend True Hope.

Sincerest Regards;
Emmette Thompson, Executive Director – Mission Of Hope
